Aaron is such a fantastic recruiter. He's genuinely the only recruiter I've worked with so far who has stayed in close contact and made a real effort to help me.
Unlike other recruiters who called once and then disappeared into thin air (they literally ghosted me for 2 months) Aaron called or texted me regularly. He was always polite and professional, asked detailed questions about my preferences, thoroughly researched each position, and always got back to me promptly.
He also sent me what he modestly called “interview tips,” but honestly, it was more like a complete interview survival guide! It covered potential questions, dress code, the employer's personality, and even the company's reputation.
Definitely definitely and definitely a five-star rating. If there were ten stars, I'd give him ten. If there were one hundred, I'd give him one hundred. Aaron has always been polite, kind, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
