I'm am thoroughly impressed with my dealings with Pure Source Recruitment, from my greeting at reception I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I had my Interview for a role with Tracey and Trainee ( I think her name was Megan, I'm sorry if the name is wrong )
The setting which is a combination of the Heritage listed building which was beautiful with its brickwork and cathedral ceilings, to the decor was amazing. Not sterile like a lot of other agencies.
My interview with Tracey left me impressed with the professionalism and when it concluded I had a very firm understanding of the role, what was expected from me if successful, next potential steps if I advanced through the recruitment process, and time frames etc.
I had zero questions left unanswered upon leaving.
If you are looking for a recruitment agency that is not just the industry norm, that actually feels human, and not just a process. I would highly recommend.
Regardless of the outcome to come with my application, I'm a fan.
