Nic was a tremendous help in easing my nerves before the interview. He shared preparation materials in advance, which helped me feel more confident and less anxious. Most importantly, his calm and supportive demeanor put me at ease throughout every stage of the process, allowing me to be natural and speak genuinely from my experience.
The technical interview portion was quite in-depth and lasted about an hour or more, but that was simply part of the process and not an issue for either the recruiter or the candidate. As long as you share your authentic experiences, remain truthful, and communicate thoughtfully and clearly, the experience will go well.

Tom Moore and Jack Moon from Reo provided very friendly service. Their approach was noticeably much more personable and applicant-oriented than most of the HR recruitment interactions I've had in the past. They also seem to have a more collaborative relationship with the client company. So it looks like they are approaching both sides of the recruiting process with positivity. Too often, I've found recruiters to treat the applicant in an interrogatory or dismissive manner. So Reo's approach is very refreshing.
