Matt had a very welcoming presence, The interview felt like talking to someone I had know for years. He asked about all the critical questions related to the role and most importantly the culture fit, this for me was important especially as an offshore applicant. He also gave a bit of insight on the Māori culture and ways if NZ. He provided good synopsis of each of the towns and what to expect. If all recruiters are these transparent about the job expectations then I highly recommend anyone looking for a new role to go through recruiters.
