Ashleigh is a professional through and through. More so, she is authentic and creates an atmosphere where candidates can feel safe being candid, upfront and authentic about who they are, the roles that work for them as well as the roles that do not. . This is a rare quality among recruitment agents who can often seem as though they are just going through the motions for their clients. Ashleigh has a high level of knowledge of the not-for profit consumer services sector and I imagine this would be easily transferable to any industry.
