Tracy has been very supportive, transparent, and easy to deal with. I applied through Seek on Sunday night, and by Monday morning, I had received a call from Tracy. Interviewed in person by Tracy on Tuesday, employer panel interview by Wednesday, and contract offered and signed by Thursday- within 4 days. I was unbelievably quick. Not only that, but even after the contract was finalized, Tracy made a courtesy call to ensure that I was comfortable with what I was signing and reassured me.

It's very rare to have that genuine feeling that you, as a candidate, is as important in the hiring process. But from the moment I returned the missed call from Kiara and she knew that it was me straight away, I knew that she was different. The meet and greet was more of a chat to find out more about what I didn't cover in my CV - and she helped me pin point my strengths. She was very open and honest with what she thought of me as a candidate, and whether I was the right fit for the role. Normally after this stage, it is ‘No news is good news' time - knowing deep down that no news means that the application did not progress further.
