Tracy has been very supportive, transparent, and easy to deal with. I applied through Seek on Sunday night, and by Monday morning, I had received a call from Tracy. Interviewed in person by Tracy on Tuesday, employer panel interview by Wednesday, and contract offered and signed by Thursday- within 4 days. I was unbelievably quick.
