One of only a handful of consultants to make contact. I am new to the employee market having been self-employed for decades. It is a completely different world, in my youth you would shake a hand, tell the new boss what you could do and he would give you a go, if you were shit, he would tell you and cut you lose, if you proved your-self he would keep you on, any lip, he would tell your Dad and then you would get a backhander, but you sucked it up and turned up to work the next day. Nowadays, you can't stare at a bloke's fake eye lashes or his makeup.......................................and if you make him cry...........all hell breaks loose. People are afraid to express themselves or talk openly, it's sad to see such a state where humans just avoid connecting.
