I like Jason investigative interview mode during my introduction session. I assumed it was his intention to get me into detail bits but at the same time forcing myself to share broader perceptive. It's very rare to find a recruiter who is very knowledgeable (and specialised) in technical/IT roles and yet very savvy in grasping commercial aspects of discussion. A great person to engage, and I'm one of few lucky ones that managed to have that conversation.
