Sophie was absolutely incredible throughout the entire recruitment process. I applied for a role via SEEK and was contacted by Sophie who was incredibly friendly and provided a lot of great information about the role I applied for. With Sophie's help communicating with the employer, she helped arranged two interviews between me and the employer. She gave me so much great information to prepare for both interviews such as background information on the business, the people I'm going to meet and also some insight as to what they are looking for. She even sent through resources on interview tips which was great too. Sophie communicated with me each step of the way through the entire process from the beginning all the way till me receiving my offer and signing the contract which was amazing as I was always aware of what was happening. She even contacted me on my first day to congratulate me and wish me luck which was so kind. Overall the best recruitment experience I have ever had, Sophie is fantastic at her job!
