Kirsten was excellent. Great communication all the way through, and had an uncanny ability to flick through updates just when I was starting to wonder when I would hear from her next. As a recruiter, I can understand the importance of keeping up communications to ensure the applicant knows they are still on the agenda. - and this was nailed. Even sending the contract through after hours and the night before a public holiday!! I felt listened to right the way through the process, and Kirsten did her best during negotiations as well.
