Eva took a brief on Friday evening, shortlists three great candidates the following week. We interviewed and they were great but not right. 7 days into the process we provided more specific details of who we needed and on day 10 the prefect candidate was in my inbox. Interviewed, referenced and offered 14 days after the first brief. Perfect communication... Not too much but constantly there. Will use Eva again for sure.
