Absolutely — I'd make it warm and genuine, while still professional enough for a public recruiter testimonial. I had such a positive experience working with Aimee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and supportive throughout the entire recruitment process. She took the time to clearly walk me through the role and the position description, explain what to expect at each stage, and make sure I felt well prepared. I was quite nervous going into the interview, and Aimee went above and beyond to support me — talking me through how to prepare, the types of questions I should think about and what to expect on the day. What really stood out was how genuine and considerate she was. I never felt like just another candidate; she was approachable, encouraging and always willing to help. Her communication was clear throughout the process, and I always knew where things stood. Aimee is an excellent recruiter and someone who genuinely cares about the candidates she works with.
