Being with a joint venture of ANZ and Worldline, I expect that onboarding process must be improved. Onboarding with ANZ takes time and the third party institution sends the email requesting to complete for background check with close to the ANZ Onboarding deadline.

Iona, while not the main contact through this process, I know did so much in the background in support. However the most and best experience was when I needed to complete a recording and made sure that it was set up and helped me with the recording.
