Scott had been very proactive and engaging throughout the process so far. He invested a good amount of time to provide the context and details of the role - both over the phone and also on email. While the initial phone call was very detailed, he made the effort to follow up with a Teams interview. This was very helpful as he provided honest, objective and practical feedback about my interviewing style - especially what would would land well and what could be improved specific to the role. Scott has a very direct style, backed with clarity and substance. Which is refreshing (and very necessary) in this current climate.
