I found Richard to be reasonably good at matching myself to the role and was quick to organise a meeting over the phone which resulted in further talks concerning the role with their management team. Richard also followed up with the diary meeting so was professionally dome and appreciate his management of the process. I had previously looked at positions and had no answer from another consultant so I was happy to see that there's been some good recruitment consultants that are hungry.
