I received a job offer less than 10 days after I first met Carlie! We had an initial Zoom call about what I was looking for in a role, my strengths, weaknesses, priorities, preferences and experiences. I had a company in mind, and wanted to pursue a role with them (and Carlie organised an interview with them for me straight away). But Carlie really got to know me during that Zoom call, and based on our conversation she suggested a role with a completely different company. Carlie seemed really confident I would fit well with their company culture. I was a little skeptical, but we set up an interview anyways. On the day, I immediately clicked with the managers. I loved the role description and had a job offer two days later. I'd hopelessly submitted CV's to companies for months until that point, and probably talked to about 10 other recruiters. Half of them said they would call me back and never did. I had a full 180 turn after meeting Carlie.
