She listened to what I was looking for in detail, discussed some options with me and helped improve on my existing CV (being my first move in the recruitment world, it needed a second opinion to say the least). After some support on matching the offers up she re-inforced my decision and supported me until the start of my new role. Worth mentioning all of which was done from the UK, in a different time zone. Cath is a very knowledgeable and passionate Rec2Rec. I've had bad experience with some Rec2Recs that made me end up in a job I don't love (sad but true) however Cath brings back my faith to the rec2rec community. She listens to what I want (and don't want), and gives me valuable advice in terms of the market, salary etc. I had an interview through her and although it did not progress after the 2nd interview, she gave me constructive and honest feedback as soon as she could.
